Malvika Jethmalani
FOUNDER

Malvika Jethmalani is a 3x CHRO, Certified Executive Coach, and the Founder of Atvis Group, a Chicago-based human capital advisory firm. With over 15 years of experience across consulting, technology, industrial, consumer goods, and virtual healthcare, Malvika is a seasoned executive skilled in driving transformational change, fostering high-performance cultures, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent in high-growth, PE-backed environments. She also has IPO readiness and M&A experience on both the buy and sell sides and has held leadership roles in organizations ranging from multi-billion-dollar corporations to startups.

  • Before founding Atvis Group, Malvika served as the Chief People Officer of Mistplay (a global loyalty platform for mobile gamers), where she built the People function from the ground up, enabling the business to double its headcount in twelve months. Prior to that, she was the Chief People Officer at MDLIVE, Inc., leading a culture and leadership transformation and contributing to the company's successful acquisition by Cigna in April 2021.

    Malvika’s CHRO career began at Whole Earth Brands, a global consumer goods company, where she oversaw a turnaround, and led an end-to-end HR transformation including talent management, compensation restructuring, and operational improvements. She also held talent-related roles at Danaher Corporation, managing talent and leading several business process improvement initiatives for a business unit with 4,800 employees across 50 countries.

    Malvika earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
